GARY'S TOP TV OF 2025

All the new TV I’ve watched this year in order of how much I liked them…

Though I have to add two shows from 2024 and earlier that I watched this time for the first time would have made my top 10 and those are the brilliant Industry which I only started watching this year and I can’t wait for series 4 in January 2026 and Nathan Fielder and Benny Safdie’s crazy, hypnotic brilliant The Curse from 2024. Fielder’s equally brilliant The Rehearsal’s second season does make my top 5 though.

I have added an asterisk next to any shows with LGBTQ themes or characters.

My top show What It Feels Like For A Girl is one of my favourite shows in years and is one of the most blisteringly queer shows of all time, fearless, amazing performances, top draw scripts and creative direction…we need more of this type of show, yes please.
