Get ready for our dorkiest interactive screening yet! We're going back to high school with Romy and Michelle to celebrate these two iconic queer icons whose school experience wasn't too far from our own and reclaim our own high school experiences!
It's a film all about being weird and the importance of finding your tribe, our screening is so close to Valentines Day we're declaring this our Galentines event so bring your best friend who's always stuck with you through thick and thin and celebrate the truest love in the world...the love you have with your ride or die bestie!
Make A Scene's Way-Too-Interactive Romy and Michele's High School Reunion will include a full screening of the film with interactive lights, commentary and audience participation as you're encouraged to shout out your favourite lines (I'm the Mary!) with audience dress up encouraged, drag queen hostesses Monopoly Phonic and Beau Blonde dressed as Romy and Michele, pre and post screening performances, games and prizes.

We're going to be delving into the joy of how life gets better since High School and the regret that some of us never got that prom experience.
Share your worst high school photos with us ahead of the event and you can write your high school memories on post its and either post them on our memory wall or throw them in our memory shredder which we'll turn into confetti!
There'll be a big celebratory dance to Time After Time and a queer prom party with Love Party DJs playing the best retro 80s and 90s tunes under the mirrorball for any of us who didn't get the chance to do prom right the first time around. Maybe you'll meet a new best friend on the dance floor?
There'll be a scarf folding smackdown competition, prizes for the best dressed plus drink-a-long with specially created businesswomen's special cocktails created for the evening, inspired by the film.
Audience Dresscode: dress as a character from the film or come in your finest 80s prom get up with big dresses, corsages and daggy black tie.
